For more than 20 years, I've delivered operational improvement, stronger commercial performance and better customer outcomes by helping businesses get the very best from their people and processes.

My experience spans multi-site retail operations, operational excellence, customer experience, compliance, governance and continuous improvement. Most recently, as Group Performance & Compliance Manager for FRF Group, I worked across six businesses with responsibility for driving operational performance, strengthening compliance and supporting leadership teams to achieve consistently high standards.

One of the achievements I'm most proud of was leading the Group to become the first Toyota retailer in the UK to achieve the prestigious Best Group Award for three consecutive years—recognition of consistent excellence across many metrics, including customer satisfaction, operational performance, people development and commercial success.

Throughout my career, I've learned that successful businesses aren't built by focusing on one area in isolation. They succeed when strong leadership, engaged people, exceptional customer experience and sound commercial decision-making work together.

Through AJ Ramsden Ltd, I now provide businesses with experienced executive support as a Fractional Director, Interim Manager and Strategic Business Advisor, helping organisations improve performance, navigate change and achieve lasting results without the commitment of a full time executive.
